SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. Any applicable import duties or taxes are handled at the point of sale — you won't be surprised by unexpected fees on delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow every step of its journey. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@olasur.club — include your full name and shipping address so we can locate your order quickly.
ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We process orders quickly to get them on their way to you. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at contact@olasur.club as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
P.O. BOXES & RESTRICTED ADDRESSES
For security reasons, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a full residential or business address at checkout.
